All sales made through the Neon Hustle website are final. If you find any of our products arrive faulty, defective or you’ve got the wrong delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange. For change of mind, we’re unable to give refunds, exchanges or credits.

HOT TIP: In Australia, if a parcel arrives that has been damaged in transit by AusPost or courier, DON’T sign for the parcel or accept it as AusPost will return the goods to Neon Hustle for replacement by return mail. Let us know that you’ve done this with an email to hello@neonhustle.com.au and we’ll happily arrange replacement, exchange or refund for products supplied that are incorrect or a faulty / defective condition.
