We’re identical twins……with a combined love of NEON, GIFT WRAPPING, GIFTS and HANGING OUT (because we’re healthy stage five clingers), and a life long dream of working together!
Sitting on a plane in March 2019, we were again (for the 40 millionth time) talking about how we need to pack in our jobs and start a business. Around 30 minutes later, with our movie lined up and snacks cracked, the most obvious business was created combining all our loves! HIGH-FIVE!
Just two weeks later, Mandy resigned from her corporate gig and luckily, Nat had started handover from hers.
Three months later, Neon Hustle was ready to launch and our dream of assisting wrapping and time challenged with awesome wrapping and gifts, began!
Max Clarke
Director
Max originally hails from the UK and loves his FAMILY, SPORTS, TECHY STUFF and MAGIC TRICKS…especially with a new audience! His repertoire ranges from juggling, to card tricks to completing the Rubik’s Cube in under 2 minutes!
Max has always supported NH behind the scenes, alongside his day job in the corporate world. Not in wrapping though…no way. But in logistics, project management, deliveries and more!
Using his MBA and 20+ years in large organisations as an exec and leader, his expertise also extend to growing the biz, expanding what we offer and his specialist area - customer experience!
Fun Fact: Max LOVES to write a (w)rap song! Give him a topic and an audience and it writes itself!
Kel
chief wrapper & marketeer
When we say Kel’s been there from the beginning…we mean it! From the very first workshop session in our living room, Kel’s been there to help build our business from inception.
A master of literally everything and a willingness to give anything a go, Kel does our photo shoots, socials, puts gifts and hampers together, drinks wine with us while workshopping the biz and life, as well as topping things up and keeping things running on time at our Wrap & Wine events! EVERYONE needs a Kel!
In between co-running NH, Kel has three amazing kids and a hubby who works FIFO. The best bit…she lives 3 minutes away and can be here at a moments notice to drink said wine and workshop the next NH gig.
Fun Fact: We’ve been besties since high school - over 30 years! She’s AMAZING at art, loves horses and won the Dux award for Outdoor Education…based on 0.0002% score higher than Nat (we’re happy to say our friendship survived!).
